Our History
In 1991
1850 mm cold-rolled production line put into operation, to fill the domestic high-precision, high-performance thin aluminum strip production gap.
In 1996
the renovation and expansion project was basically completed, with a comprehensive production capacity of 263,000 tons.
In 2004
aluminum production exceeded the 200,000 tons mark, to achieve the host capacity to meet the standards.
In 2016
10-meter aluminum alloy forging ring was successfully developed.
Now
Southwest Aluminum focuses on the research and development of aluminum alloy forgings for aerospace, military industry, and shipbuliding, helping China’s rapid economic development.
