Which aluminum alloys do you offer for aluminum plate?
Our aluminum plates are available in alloys such as 2024,3003,5083,6061, 6082, 7075,7050…You need to clarify the type of alloy used for the seamless tubes,as different grades have varying strengths, corrosion resistance, and machinability, which directly impact your CNC machining results.
What specifications are available for your aluminum plate?
We offer aluminum plates with thickness ranging from 0.1mm to 600mm, width up to 3000mm, and length up to 6000 mm. We also specialize in custom specifications tailored to your needs.
Can you provide the chemical composition and mechanical properties data?
We provide a quality certificate based on actual measurements for each batch of materials, which includes chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing (ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, etc.). For forged aluminum plates/blocks, we also provide ultrosonic testing to ensure there are no internal cracks in the materials. We can also arrange the third-party testing organization such as SGS, BV, TUV, etc., to conduct on-site material inspections and issue formal reports upon customers’ request before dispatching.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom aluminum plate?
Our standard minimum order quantity is one piece for customized forging paltes and rolled plats in stock, as for customized size rolled plates(thickness no more than 250mm), it needs 3 tons to be ordered.
Do you have certifications or adhere to international quality standards?
We are ISO 9001 certified, and our products comply with AMS，ASTM,GOST and EN standards. Certification documents and test reports are available upon request.
