Which aluminum alloys do you offer for aluminum forged part?
Our aluminum forged parts are available in alloys such as 6061, 6082, 7075…You need to clarify the type of alloy used for the seamless tubes,as different grades have varying strengths, corrosion resistance, and machinability, which directly impact your CNC machining results.
What specifications are available for your aluminum forged part?
We normally offer aluminum forged part per customers’ drawing.Or customers can share us the final machining drawing if they don’t have material supply drawing, we can design the material supply drawing in die forging way to save the finishing machining time mostly.
Can you provide the chemical composition and mechanical properties data?
We provide a quality certificate based on actual measurements for each batch of materials, which includes chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing (ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, etc.) and size report. We can also provide Magnetic Particle Inspection to ensure no surface cracks in our forged aluminum parts. We can also arrange the third-party testing organization such as SGS, BV, TUV, etc., to conduct on-site material inspections and issue formal reports upon customers’ request before dispatching.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for aluminum forged part?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 800 KGs for the die forging part,but we’re happy to accept sampling orders to help you assess our quality before scaling up.
Do you have certifications or adhere to international quality standards?
We are ISO 9001 certified, and our products comply with AMS，ASTM,GOST and EN standards. Certification documents and test reports are available upon request.
